Clement Building “Foley Hall” – Rutland, Vermont
Congratulations to Castleton University, City of Rutland and Mark Foley, Jr. on the completion and opening of the new Foley Hall resident housing for Castleton University in downtown Rutland City. A great team tackled a big project. Complete gut renovation of two floor, begun in March and occupied in September is a testament to the collaboration and cooperation of the design and construction team as well as the municipal agencies and Efficiency Vermont.
