West Rutland Town Hall Theater
West Rutland, Vermont –
Engineering Services of Vermont assisted the Town in evaluating the ability to provide air conditioning in the theatre space on the second floor of the historical Town Hall building, including developing construction cost estimates for the systems and working with the town to estimate the annual cost to operate the cooling system. Our firm produced the mechanical and electrical construction documents and assisted the Town in bidding the project; assisting with the selection of the contractors and ultimately providing the construction services to monitor the progression of the work and assist the Town in managing the contractors.
In a following project at the Theater, ESVT provided engineering support including developing of construction documents for the renovation of basement storage area into public restrooms to accommodate the patrons of the Theater. The projects at the Theater have been in conjunction with RCWA Architects.
