Bright Street Coop

The Bright Street Coop is a three building complex located on a tight parcel of land in Burlington, Vermont. The largest building is 57,500 square foot on 3 floors containing 35 units of housing with parking underneath. Also located on the site are a 3,000 square foot duplex and a 5,300 square foot tri-plex buildings. The site is tight, so designing services to the buildings posed quite a challenge.
These buildings will meet Efficiency Vermont Multi Family New Construction program as administered by Burlington Electric Department. Engineering Services of Vermont provided mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering services as part of the Design Team led by Duncan Wisniewski, Architects. This project is scheduled for completion in August 2016.
