The Residences at Quarry Hill

South Burlington, Vermont –
The Quarry Hill project is 102 units of assisted living housing on four floors (112,500 square feet). One floor of the building is dedicated to living units for occupants who are deteriorating mentally, requiring specific lighting to help people suffering from Alzheimer’s and dementia. The building contains a large dining area along with full kitchen and support areas for occupant activities. ESVT provided engineering services for the mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical building systems as part of the Design Team led by Wiemann Lamphere, Architects. The project construction was managed by Platinum-LeChase Construction Group.
